Prices are expressed in euros (€).

Full payment-card details are processed through Nexi and are not stored by this website.

5. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the cooking class.

Where cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the amount paid for the cancelled booking will be refunded.

For cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee and no refund will be due, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

The time at which Poggio Regini receives the cancellation request will be used to determine whether the free-cancellation period has been respected.

Customers should therefore communicate cancellations as soon as possible.

6. No-Show

If a customer does not attend the booked experience and has not cancelled within the free-cancellation period, the booking will be considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the amount paid will be retained and no refund will be due, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is due under these Terms, it will be processed through the payment method or payment infrastructure applicable to the original transaction.

The time necessary for the refunded amount to appear on the customer’s account may depend on Nexi, the card issuer or the customer’s financial institution.

8. Late Arrival

Customers should arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate delays where possible.

A significant delay may result in:

  • a shortened experience;
  • inability to participate in certain parts of the activity; or
  • where participation is no longer reasonably possible, treatment as a no-show.

9. Changes to Participant Numbers

Requests to change the number of participants are subject to availability.

Reductions communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience may be handled according to the applicable cancellation policy.

Reductions made less than 24 hours before the experience may be subject to the 100% cancellation fee for the cancelled participants.

Any increase in participant numbers is subject to availability and payment of the applicable additional amount.

If Poggio Regini is unable to provide a confirmed experience, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be offered:

  • cancellation and refund of the affected service.

Where Poggio Regini cancels the experience and no acceptable alternative is agreed, amounts paid for the cancelled service will be refunded.

The exact services included are those described for the selected experience.
